- Initial Order - $3000
- Minimum Order Amount - $2000/month

- Review our wholesale account terms and conditions listed at the bottom of this page or in our hardcopy catalog.
- Fill out our wholesaler application on www.xforceracing.com
or fax the application on paper to us. Your application will be proceed within 48 hours. (Wholesale application is processed faster via our web site.)
- Once your account is established, a user id and password will be emailed to you to allow you to log into our wholesale web site.
- Place order with us directly on our web site or place order with us using our paper order form in the hard copy catalog. (Order placed directly on our web site is processed faster than on paper order form.)
- Fax us a copy of your business license.
- If you are a company located in California or if you are shipping to a California address, please also fax a copy of your reseller permit document to 626-810-3231 prior to your purchase, otherwise, sales tax will be added to your order.
- If you plan to pay by credit card, company check, money order, or cashier check, please fill out our payment authorization form, sign it, and fax it back to us at 626-810-3231.
- Once your order is shipped, an email with UPS tracking number will be sent to you. In addition, you can check the shipping status of your order on our web site at any time. - Please keep your email invoice for your reference and feel free to contact us at 1-800-792-1878 via email at sales@xforceracing.com anytime if you have any question.
Please note, we highly recommend our authorized dealers resell our products around our suggested retail price and at no less than 20% below our suggested retail price. Wholesale Account Terms and
Condition
Required Business
documents - Please complete and send wholesale
application via our web site or fax. - Fax a
photocopy of current business license and sales tax permit.
(All California Companies must submit a Resale Card. If we do
not receive one in our possession at the time of sale, sales
tax will be added to your order. When a completed card is
received along with invoice number(s) and amount due, a refund
check for the sales tax will be mailed.) - Complete and fax
credit application form.
Minimum Order
Requirement Minimum order of $300 for the initial
order, there are no minimum order requirement
thereafter.
Terms of Payment -
Credit Card Payment - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American
Express. - COD - For established customers only. Can
be in the form of cashier check or money order. New customers
must pick other payment methods. - Cashier Check /
Money Order - Payment can be mailed directly to X-Force Racing
Company. - Wire Transfer - Funds transfer directly to our
bank account. - Company Check - Will require funds to
be cleared in our bank before shipping the
product.
Shipping Method -
UPS/FedEx Ground - UPS/FedEx 3-Day Select or 2nd Day
Air Shipping - Ground Canada - For Canada customers
only - Air Hawaii - For Hawaii customers
only - International Shipping - For international
customers only - Common Freight Carrier (For Large
Order)
Shipping Errors If you
receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a
UPS Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the
correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.
Time
of Delivery We will try to ship out the
merchandise within 1 to 5 business days after the order is
received. UPS/FedEx Ground normally takes about 3-7 business
days for delivery. We will do our best to deliver the
product in the shortest time possible according to your
selected shipping method. However, due to the high demand on
our products, we operate on the first come first serve basis.
If our product runs out of stock, we will notify you
immediately and place your order on the back order list so it
may be fulfilled as soon as the next shipment of product
arrives. To ensure you receive the desired product on time,
please make sure you place your order well in
advance.
International Order All
international orders are required to be prepaid. Payment
should be wire transferred to our bank account at Bank of
America. Our sales representative will provide detail wire
transfer information once your wholesale account has been
established.
International
Shipping We offer shipping to Canada and other
foreign countries by UPS, Federal Express, U.S. Postal
Service, Ocean Freight, and Air Freight. All orders must be
pre-paid. There are no COD or billing service available. All
shipping and handling charges must be pre-paid. The carrier
will collect any other export/import fees and
duties.
Back Orders Due to the high demand on
our products and our fast turn rate, it is sometime not
possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing
items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued
status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will
ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will
NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or
backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted
accordingly. For the missing items, we will put those items on
back order and fulfill your remaining order as soon as the
next shipment of product comes in.
Special Orders or
Custom Order X-Force Racing Company will take
special orders or custom order. All special orders and
specially priced merchandise must be paid for in full at the
time of order. Once order has been placed, it is
NON-CANCELABLE. Parts not in stock, even though listed on our
web site, catalog, or price sheet, may be considered as
special order by X-Force Racing Company.
Pre
Sale Orders If you purchase a combination of
presale and regular items, (Pre-Sale items are new products
that hasn't arrived at our warehouse.) We will ship out the
regular items first and ship out the presale items when they
become available. You will be charged the full amount when we
ship out the regular items to avoid double authorization from
your credit card company. If you purchase the presale items
only, you will be charged only when we ship out the presale
items.
Prices To review the pricing on
our product, please fill out our online wholesale account
application form. We will email you a user id and password to
log into our wholesale web site. All most updated pricing
information are listed in our wholesale web site at
www.xforceracing.com. All prices and discounts are subject
to change without notice. Possession of X-Force Racing Company
Wholesale Price Guide, Discount Structure Sheet, or Catalog
does not constitute an offer to sell any items
listed.
Suggested Retail Pricing Please
note, we highly recommend our authorized dealers resell our
products around our suggested retail price and at no less than

Freight Prices do not include
freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the
fastest, most economical method available, unless otherwise
requested or instructed. Actual shipping charge will be
displayed online during your purchase. If your shipping charge
shows $0 for your order during your purchase online, it means
your order will be calculated at a later time. We will contact
you by email/phone to notify you of the exact shipping charge
before processing your order.
Returned
Checks If a check is returned for any reason, a
US $25.00 service charge will be made, and all shipments will
be permanently returned "Prepaid: Certified Check". An
additional 5% service charge per month will be added to all
checks returned.
Cancellation For
wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted
either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order
is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to
the warehouse for processing, we will be able to cancel the
order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and
restocking operations, if an order has already been proceed,
then any cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee. We
advised our customers to please make sure you identify the
performance car parts that you wish to purchase before
completing the transaction to avoid costly
cancellation.
Refused Shipments Any
shipments returned "REFUSED" without a proper reason will be
permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments
will be made. Any refused shipments sent back to X-Force
Racing Company does not constitute the right to a refund or
credit. It is company policy to charge the customer all
freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25%
restocking fee.
Large Order Order
that is more than $1000 is considered as large order. For
payment with credit card, we will have to charge 50% as a
deposit to process the order, and another 50% when the order
is completed and shipped. For wire transfer, money order, and
paypal payment must be paid in full before processing. COD for
large order must have a credit card on
file.
Return Policy Return for
exchange or refund will be allowed within 14 calendar days
from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise
must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No
return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having
been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be
made. We will not accept any returns without this number.
Please write this number clearly on the outside of the
returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name
and R.A. number. All returns must be received by X-Force
Racing Company within 10 calendar days after the R.A. number
has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not
imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect
the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent
freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of your
invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return
along with a written explanation and a contact phone number
where we may be able to reach you. It is the buyer's
responsibility to verify the correctness of style and size of
the performance car parts before purchase. All approved
refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or
Account Credit, determined by X-Force Racing Company. A 25%
restocking fee will be assessed on all returns deemed to be
non-defective. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on
special order items or custom order items will be
allowed.
Claims All merchandises
are packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed
quality control check method before they leave our facility.
Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the
carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must
be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and
packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for shortage
of items or damaged shipments must be made within five working
days of receipt.
Warranties All
merchandise sold by X-Force Racing Company is subject to our
90 days manufacturer warranty; we will replace any defective
product at no cost to the wholesaler. No warranty whatsoever
will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse,
negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer will be responsible
for shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience cost
may be included in any claims. X Force Racing Company will
execute fair judgment on determining the cause of defect in
all defect claims; judgment result made by X-Force Racing
Company will be
final.
Termination X-Force Racing
Company reserves the right to terminate any account that does
not meet the above and below conditions, the conditions listed
on X-Force Racing Company Invoice, and the conditions listed
on X-Force Racing Company Price Guide.
Title
of Ownership All parts shall remain the property
of X-Force Racing Company until paid for in
Full.
Product
Specifications Prices, materials, design,
specifications, and recommendations are subject to change
without prior notice. All merchandise information presented in
our web site was true and correct at the time of
publication.
Legal Venue In the
event that legal proceedings are required to resolve disputes
or indifferences, all claims and filings must be made with the
Municipal Court located in Montebello, California. X-Force
Racing Company customers will acknowledge and agree to this
stipulation once a transaction has been made with X-Force
Racing Company. The prevailing party will be entitled recover,
in addition to any other relief awarded or granted, its
reasonable costs and expenses (including attorney fees)
incurred in the
proceeding.
Confidentiality Wholesalers
agree to maintain confidential and protect any information
furnished by X-Force Racing Company and will not distribute
these information to other company.
Catalog
and Product Information We distribute our catalog
efficiently via the Internet. On our web site you will found
the latest product and pricing information on a monthly basis.
Information in our hardcopy catalog is only updated only once
a year.
Hours of Operation We are
open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Pacific
Standard Time). Operation schedule is subject to change with
